Fan Wall v2 (version 2)fliken
The Fan Wall v2 tab is an easy way to increase engagement with an app. The feature allow users to comment, ask questions, and discuss what they love about your business or service. Users can share photos, reply to each others' comments, and view the location fellow users were at when they commented.
Note: The Fan Wall v2 tab is the upgraded version of the old Fan Wall tab. The Fan Wall v2 tab is natively functional, unlike its predecessor, and preferred by Apple's review team as a result. For more information about native features, see this article.
How-To
1. In Step 1 (Functionality), click Add New Tab.
2. Create a Tab Title, select Fan Wall v2 from the Tab Function drop-down, and choose an icon or upload your own. Save your changes. (You can change all this information later.)
3. Go to Step 2 (Content) and click on your new tab. At the top of the tab, specify the Comment Radius as seen below. Click Update Settings when you're done.
4. That's it! You can assign a background image to the tab from here, or do so in Step 3 (Appearance).
Managing Comments
You can view, monitor, and delete comments from the back-end of the tab in Step 2 (Content). You'll notice that users' profile name & picture appear alongside their comment here and within the app. This is pulled from whatever social media account they use to log into the Fan Wall.
